Frustrated with the lack of improvements and tired of the same old talk without action, I finally concluded that the only way to make changes is for citizens, like myself, to seek political office. I believe I could do a great job as my business and life experiences have prepared me for this. I am good at thinking outside of the box, finding solutions to problems, and am not afraid to work with others to get the job done. There are major societal problems that affect every one of us today, and unless we work together, these issues will only get larger.
While there are some political leaders in our communities that are independently wealthy or have friends in high places, donations made to this campaign are from everyday supporters who believe, like I do, that it's time for a change and wish to spread the word. In order to get our message out to supporters, we must rely on printed material, social media ads, and various other platforms to have our voices heard. Your donations to this campaign will fund these activities.
First, you must be a registered voter in Kentucky and a resident of District 67, which includes the cities of Newport, Bellevue, Dayton, Silver Grove, Melbourne, Wilder, and parts of Highland Heights. If you have not done so already, please register to vote now! There are a number of different ways to accomplish this. One way is to follow the register to vote link provided here which will take you directly to the Board of Elections website. Another way is to visit the Campbell County Clerk where citizens are able to complete a voter registration card.
Not sure where to vote? You can find your polling station by visiting the Kentucky State Board of Elections Voter Information Center and enter the required information in the appropriate boxes. The result of the query will list the voter and his/her address with precinct and legislative district information.
Please remember, your vote is your voice, so don’t sit on the sidelines…get out and participate in the decisions that affect your community.
